Embroideries, Stephen Wright's embroideries are made from a combination of techniques patchwork, applique and bead work.They are made from mixed media using found objects. Wright describes the embroideries as a visual diary of events. The characters are people that he knows. The story telling element is an important part of the work. Other influences that can be identified in the work is Mexican arts. Images include angels, spirits from the unknown.
